My Energy Place is about learning to take charge of YOU and live your life to the fullest. Learning to "Love Yourself", make "Healthy Decisions" and figure out what "Serves You". Let us help you put the "Yin back in your Yang" Everything we do in life is a lesson, it is up to us what we do with the knowledge and experience we receive from our lessons.
Our Fabulous Life Changing “Journey to Discovery Workshops” are for men, women and children of all ages who are seeking to “Own Your Life, Love Yourself & Choose Your Life”. An alternative means of healing and revitalizing your world.
Kathryn’s love of inspiring others along with her sincere desire to encourage, motivate, and help others to simply feel better about themselves is infectious along with her “no option for failing” mantra. She has worked effectively with hundreds of people in helping them to heal, create richer more positive lives and to become more confident about themselves.
An enthusiastic, thought-provoking speaker and educator, Kathryn is known to inspire the highest levels of confidence in everyone she encounters.
